Good news! Many of our products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. We’ve even updated most of our gummies to use fruit pectin instead of gelatine. That said, a few items with Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) made from lanolin (sheep’s wool) are not vegan-friendly. Always check the label or reach out – we’re happy to help!
Many of our supplements are suitable for individuals with diabetes, but it’s always a good idea to double-check the ingredients. For example, some of our gummies contain glucose or sucrose, which might impact blood sugar levels. If you’re unsure, we recommend chatting with your doctor or healthcare professional before starting anything new.
Each gummy has about 2g of sugar and around 10 calories per serving. Since supplements do not require detailed micronutrition labels, we like to keep things clear and are always happy to share this info if needed – just ask!
Most of our products are made without common allergens. If any are included, they’ll always be clearly listed in bold on the label. We take extra care to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, but if you have severe allergies, it’s a good idea to check the label carefully and talk to a healthcare professional before use.
Our products do not contain ingredients derived from wheat, rye, barley or other gluten-containing grains like durum, spelt or semolina. However, they have not been specifically tested for gluten, so we cannot guarantee they are completely safe for those with coeliac disease. If you’re unsure, we recommend chatting with a healthcare professional first.
Generally, yes – but it’s important to stick to the recommended daily doses for vitamins and minerals. The nutritional table on the label shows how much of each nutrient is included and its percentage of the recommended daily intake (NRV) for an average, healthy adult. Keep in mind, your needs may vary based on your age, lifestyle, diet or health.
NRV stands for Nutrient Reference Value. It’s the recommended daily amount of essential nutrients needed to stay healthy. NRVs help you understand how much of a nutrient is in a product compared to your daily dietary needs. Remember, this includes everything you get from both food and supplements.
If you think you might be missing certain vitamins or minerals, it’s best to check with a healthcare professional. They can assess your needs and let you know if supplements would help. Keep in mind, supplements are meant to support a balanced diet – not replace it!
Our products are not officially certified as Halal, but we do use some Halal-friendly ingredients. If you’d like more details on a specific product, feel free to reach out – we’re happy to help!
Yes, our products are free from genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
Our products are made in accredited, certified facilities that follow strict safety and quality standards, including BRCGS (Brand Reputation through Compliance Global Standard) certification. We also
test everything in independent labs to ensure accuracy and purity, so what’s on the label is exactly what’s in the product. Plus, we track each ingredient from source to final product to ensure it meets our high standards and ethical guidelines.
Yes, our products fully comply with UK and EU food regulations, ensuring they are safe, accurately labelled and free from misleading information or unapproved claims. We take great care to meet the highest standards for food additives, contaminants, nutrition, health claims and more.
Yes! We select suppliers who meet high environmental and ethical standards, including responsible sourcing, sustainable farming practices and waste minimisation. We are also actively exploring eco-friendly
packaging options to reduce our environmental footprint. Wherever possible, we avoid using palm oil, and if we do, we ensure it is sourced sustainably and responsibly.
It’s always a good idea to check with a healthcare professional first. While many supplements are safe to take with medication, some can interact and affect how they work or cause side effects. For example:
- Vitamin K can interfere with blood thinners like warfarin.
- Calcium, magnesium and iron can reduce the effectiveness of some antibiotics.
- Vitamin E may have blood-thinning effects and can interfere with immunosuppressive medications.
- Calcium and iron can affect thyroid medications.
- Niacin can affect cholesterol levels and may cause side effects like muscle pains.
Store your supplements in their original, sealed packaging in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light and moisture. Ideally, store them at room temperature (below 25°c). Always remember to keep them out of reach of children!
